Tiffany & Co. “About Love”

BACKGROUND: Tiffany & Co.’s “About Love” campaign enlisted powerhouse couple Beyonce and JAY-Z in a film that features a musical performance by Beyonce of the classic song “Moon River”. The ninety-second film also features the Tiffany Diamond, weighing 128.54 carats, worn in the campaign by Beyonce for the first time in history.

To support the campaign’s global launch, Tiffany & Co. projected the “About Love” video on major landmarks in key cities. I was hired as the Executive Producer to create these activations in Miami and Los Angeles.

EXECUTION: Created a takeover in Miami during Art Basel, illuminating landmarks across the city in “Tiffany Blue” including the Miami Tower, Paramount World Center, the Carlyle and Cardozo Hotels on South Beach and the iconic Fontainebleau. The Fontainebleau also featured projection of the “About Love” campaign on the facade, accompanied by a live orchestra playing “Moon River” supported by Beyonce’s vocals. In Los Angeles, we illuminated the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and projected “About Love” on both sides of the museum while the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra performed in sync with the film.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourced, negotiated and secured partnerships with each property, managed all lighting and projection partners + builds, permitting, orchestra procurement and coordination, on-site management and execution, content capture + editing.
