Capital One Banking Reimagined Tour

BACKGROUND: Capital One emerged from the financial crisis of the last decade determined to build a better, more customer-focused banking experience. Our team helped them design a new, immersive digital banking experience which we brought to life as the Capital One Banking Reimagined Tour.

EXECUTION: We hit the road with an immersive digital experience intended to spark new ideas about people’s money and help them find strategies for the financial path ahead via a technology-driven touring experience. The footprint, anchored by a 53’ custom trailer and several event tents, each outfitted with custom digital experiences that linked together offered a unique experience for each participant. The Banking Reimagined Tour made stops in (10) key markets across the country coinciding with Capital One Cafe Grand Openings and telling our story with content along the way. Over 40,000 consumers experienced the tour firsthand with an additional 430 Million impressions generated online.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideation to execution. Trailer sourcing and build out, production & fabrication, location research, sourcing + permitting, tour logistics, staffing, day-to-day client management and on-site execution.
